What if the factory has no export licence?

Not a problem. Our Trading House in China buys the goods from the factory and handles the export on its own — the supply stays official, with a full document set.

Can I put goods on the balance sheet and reclaim VAT?

Yes. Goods are officially cleared in your company's name — you can capitalise them, reclaim VAT, bid in tenders and public procurement, and sell freely.

Do you handle certification, permits and customs clearance?

We don't perform certification, permits or customs clearance ourselves. We do have trusted partners — a customs broker and certification centres; our manager prepares the required documents and runs all communication with them on your behalf.

Where do the goods arrive and who clears them?

Goods arrive at a bonded warehouse (SVH); customs clearance is done under your company's contract. Delivery from the bonded warehouse to your address (last mile) is arranged separately.

Yes. For manufacturers and wholesalers we run regular shipments on an agreed schedule, consolidating goods from several suppliers at our warehouse in China.

How does payment deferral work?

You pay 30% on order and receive the goods, then pay the remaining 70% within the deferral term (up to 120 days). The deal is insured via Sinosure. Setup requires accreditation of your company — 4–8 weeks on average.

How much does deferral cost?

Three parts. The accredited agent's fees come in two stages: a one-off Sinosure accreditation — $5,500 (needed once), and 0.5–2% of the amount you allocate from your limit to a specific supplier — per supply. Plus, separately, the VBGO deferral commission — from 0.8% to 3.3% of the deferred amount, per supply.

What's needed to set it up?

An accounting balance sheet (forms 1 and 2) for the last 2 years and the current period, plus a short company profile form. The partner then prepares a credit-rating report and registers you in the Sinosure system.

How and in what currency is logistics paid?

You pay for logistics on agreed terms; the settlement currency is the rouble at the Central Bank rate on the payment day. Customs payments (duty, VAT, fee) are paid at declaration in your company's name.

We work with both one-off batches and regular supplies for a production programme. We'll suggest the optimal volume during the quote — it depends on the product category and route.
