Cost of cargo delivery from China
To price the shipment we need details of the goods and their packaging. Weight alone does not tell the whole story: compact heavy parts and bulky light items take up different space in transport and call for different carriage conditions.
What the final cost depends on
- The purpose and properties of the goods
- Weight, volume and dimensions of the packed units
- The city of departure in China and the final point in Russia
- The chosen mode of transport and the desired delivery date
- Any handling and packaging operations required
What the quote contains
We state the route, the start and end points, the scope of work, the cost and the estimated transit time. We separately mark which operations are included, which are charged additionally and which parameters need confirming before final agreement.
Pickup from the supplier, warehouse handling, additional packaging, insurance and onward delivery within Russia should never stay implied costs. We check whether they are needed, available and what they cost for your shipment.
If the volume is not known yet, send us the weight, a description of the goods and the destination city. We will ask for whatever is missing. A preliminary quote may change once the packaging and actual cargo parameters are confirmed.

We choose the mode of transport based on the properties of the cargo and the purpose of the shipment. For every consignment we check that the route is available and weigh transit time against budget.

The delivery date depends on when the goods are ready, the departure schedule, cargo handling and the mandatory procedures involved.
If you need the goods by a particular date, say so in the request: we will check for a suitable route before the shipment is agreed.

Cargo from China to Moscow and other Russian cities
Tell us the city and the delivery point you want: a terminal, a warehouse or your company's address. For Moscow and other cities we price the route to the agreed point. If an additional leg within Russia is needed, we show it separately in the quote.
That way you can compare options with the same scope of work and see which costs remain after the cargo arrives in the country.
How we arrange a cargo shipment

We collect the shipment details
You send the name of the goods, a photo or link, the weight, any known dimensions and the destination city. Attach the invoice or packing list if you have them.

We check that carriage is possible
We confirm the properties of the goods, the packaging, the route and the operations required. We do not accept goods that are directly prohibited from carriage or import by law.

We agree the quote and the terms
We fix the handover and delivery points, the scope of work, the cost, the transit time and what happens if the shipment parameters change.

We arrange dispatch
We prepare carriage according to the agreed scheme. If consolidation or extra packaging work is needed, we define its scope and cost in advance.

We deliver to the agreed point
The handover procedure and any onward delivery within Russia are set out in the terms of the specific shipment.
