Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (the “Law”) and defines how the personal data of users of the vbgologistics.ru website (the “Site”) is processed and protected.

The Operator undertakes to comply with the Law, including Articles 5, 6, 18.1 and other applicable provisions.

By using the Site and submitting a request through the contact forms, the User confirms their acceptance of this Policy.

In accordance with Articles 3 and 6 of the Law, the Operator processes the following personal data:

• first and last name; phone number;
• email address and messenger handle (Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat) — if provided;
• information voluntarily provided by the User in the body of a request;
• technical data automatically sent by the browser: IP address, device and user-agent information, date and time of the request;
• cookies and web-analytics identifiers (see section 6).

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• handling and fulfilling logistics requests;
• communicating with and advising the User;
• preparing and sending commercial offers;
• maintaining the client base and internal statistics;
• improving the quality of services and of the Site.

The legal grounds for processing are:

• the data subject’s consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6 of the Law);
• the conclusion and performance of a contract to which the subject is a party;
• the legitimate interests of the Operator that do not infringe the subject’s rights and freedoms.

The Site uses cookies — small text files stored in the User’s browser. Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function (e.g. to keep an authenticated session), while others are used for analytics.

To collect statistics and analyse visitor behaviour, the Site uses Yandex.Metrica (LLC “YANDEX”), including its session-recording feature (Webvisor). Metrica sets its own cookies (including _ym_uid, _ym_d) and processes data about visits to the Site.

The User may disable or delete cookies in their browser settings at any time and opt out of data collection by Yandex.Metrica using browser tools. Disabling some cookies may limit certain Site features.

The Operator processes data in accordance with Article 5 of the Law. Personal data:

• is processed lawfully and fairly;
• is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require;
• is protected by organisational and technical measures against unlawful access;
• is destroyed or anonymised once the purposes of processing are achieved or upon withdrawal of consent.

Data is stored and processed using the Operator’s information systems and those of engaged processors (the Bitrix24 and/or amoCRM systems, and hosting providers). Only authorised employees of the Operator have access to the data.

The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to the following categories of third parties (processors), provided they comply with the Law:

• CRM providers (Bitrix24, amoCRM) — to process requests;
• hosting and cloud-infrastructure providers — to store Site data;
• LLC “YANDEX” (Yandex.Metrica) — for web analytics.

Data may be transferred to other parties only with the User’s consent or on the grounds provided by law (including a lawful request from authorised government authorities).

Under Articles 14–16 of the Law, the User has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• request the correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorised body (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

To exercise these rights, the User sends a request to the Operator’s email address specified in section 2 of this Policy.

The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator’s email. Upon receipt, the Operator stops processing, except where processing continues on other lawful grounds.

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on the Site at vbgologistics.ru. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
